"HINO OPENS IN PARANAQUE
Finding a capable and able business partner for Hino Manila-South (later on became Hino Paranaque) is not an easy task. It took long and tedious process to find someone we are looking for, someone who fit in and become PHI’s newest business partner. Eventually, to cut the story short; here comes the Group of Kilton Motors and Kali Marketing. Both companies were owned by the Tan family of Manila. Kilton’s core businesses is on generator sets, forklift and golf carts, while Kali’s business interest is on second hand trucks from Japan, both businesses are well respected in their own fields for a couple of decades now and still counting. In tandem with Kilton and Kali is GIFU HINO of Japan. Back in Japan, GIFU HINO have owned and operated more or less 60 HINO dealerships in the land of the rising sun for the past couple of decades. GIFU HINO in Japan is always considered annually to be instrumental why HINO MOTORS LTD. maintained its pole position in the domestic market for the past couple of years. Bringing with them the winning attitudes in their both businesses; they formed a partnership to form a new winning company; the GS SUBIC AUTO, INC., the owner of Hino Paranaque. Prior to the signing of the new Dealership agreement for Hino Paranaque was a series of meetings and discussions regarding strategic planning, focusing on how to position the new Hino Paranaque dealership and on how to capture a bigger share of the prospective truck and bus buyers in their area of responsibility. April 13, 2012 is a historic date for both Pilipinas Hino, Inc. (PHI) and SUBIC GS AUTO, Inc.; for this was the date of the signing of the Dealership Agreement for Hino Paranaque. Three months after the signing, an imposing structure has also risen along Sucat Road in Paranque, the new showroom of Hino Paranaque. Showroom’s grand opening was held July 12 of this year, which was attended by prominent personalities from the local government, banks and lending companies, VIP’s from HINO MOTORS LTD of Japan, VIP’s of MARUBENI JAPAN and Philippines, including the VIP’s from Pilipinas Hino, Inc. themselves, VIP’s from GIFU HINO of Japan and of course the VIP’s from Kilton Motors and Kali Marketing group. Grand opening was so successful; for the new Hino dealership sold already 4 trucks. In behalf of Pilipinas Hino family, we would like to congratulate again Hino Paranaque on their Grand opening day and WELCOME! Good luck and happy selling. |
